The International Plaza mall has an open-air area with 23 restaurants and eateries. The found court has 650 seats.
The mall’s anchor stores include Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Dillard's and Robb & Stucky Interiors. Other shops include The Apple Store, Coach, Diesel, Oakley, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Tiffany’s &co.
The parking is free (except for valet parking).
The mall also has a covered parking lot.
The International Plaza and Bay Street offers valet parking and umbrella escorting for $5 every day.
The mall is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday and from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The mall is a two-level shopping center but the department stores are in buildings with different numbers of levels.
